So, yesterday was Abby’s first day as a SUNBEAM! I was so anxious for her. She had gone to her first Primary Quarterly Activity on Saturday and didn’t enjoy it much…so I was really worried for how she’d do on Sunday. Andy and I have been taking turns going to church and staying home with Boston (we try to take him out as little as possible with RSV season) . I had to teach YW’s the last hour of church…so Andy took Abby to sacrament and then took her into Primary (I was so sad I missed taking her). Andy said they walked hand-in-hand into the Primary room and then as soon as she saw her teacher she ran off and sat right down next to her. Of course, Andy peeked in a few times to see how she was doing and she was just sitting there like a little SUNBEAM does. Luckily, I was able to pick her up after her class and when her classroom door opened she was grinning from ear to ear. All afternoon you could hear her singing/humming Jesus Wants me for a SUNBEAM.
I am so, so proud of my girl 🙂
She looks so cute. I’m glad she did good for you guys!!
How cute! I’m so surprised she ran in. Of course she came out singing. When is that girl not singing! How fun for Abby!
Yeah!!! That is so great! I thought of her when I was playing the piano and all our sunbeams came in! It was fun to watch them all. I am glad she did so good.
