Had to share a few pictures of Abby and Boston this morning. We’ve had a fun day anticipating Halloween tomorrow. Abby had a cute little Halloween party and program at preschool today. I decided at the last minute to have her be a princess for preschool (her costume for Halloween night would have been to hot to wear). She was absolutely thrilled to be a princess. She made sure I addressed her as “princess abby” all morning. She loved putting on mascara and having her hair done.
Boston was not so happy to take pictures however. All he wants to do is look out this window…I think he may be planning his escape once he really starts walking…hahaha! Last Sunday he started taking a few steps here and there. I’m sure he’ll be on the move very soon!
Boston loves to go for walks. He is so fascinated with the cars that drive by. So sweet!
Abby’s cute little preschool class.
Then this afternoon we decided to make these:
I got this fun and easy recipe from my cute college roomate, Melissa. She always has fabulous ideas! This donut recipe is perfect for little kiddos to help with. All you need is refridgerator rolls, vegetable oil, a lid and some good old cinnamon & sugar. Simply press holes into the middle of your rolls will a lid (keep the middles for donut holes), fry them up (cook for about 30 seconds on each side), dry off on a paper towel and dust with cinnamon & sugar! That’s it…super simple and yummy. This is for sure going to become a fall family tradition for us 🙂
Abby and Boston are so stinkin cute!
I had to check out your blog since you were mentioned on 320 Sycamore. Your blog is darling. It looks like you are very talented in scapbooking. I hope you didn’t mind the visit. Happy Thursday!

Cute princess costume. I was a princess at her age & we made my crown too. That’s awesome!
I can’t wait to see Boston walk!
Those Doughnuts look delicious. We’re going to have to try those.. mmmm! I bet they tasted so good all warm & fresh.
Very Cute! I wished I could have seen them as Skunks! Hope you are feeling better!
The donuts look like they turned out great and the kids were adorable in their costumes. That is such an Amanda makeup job on Abbie if I’ve ever seen one~perfect!(in the above post, I mean) I’m sorry to hear you weren’t feeling well on Halloween~hope you’re all recovered!
